 The Process

  • Contact us through our website, email or phone call. We’ll have a brief conversation with you to prepare for our consultation.

    We book in a time to come out to you and bring with us a wide variety of samples and design ideas. Our Interior Consultants are very skilled and have years of experience which they will lend to you during your consultation.

    Our consultants will guide your choices so that you are making the best decision for the space, while still allowing you to have your style and creativity honoured in the selections you make.

  • Once selection is made, we measure up and provide you with a free, no obligation quote.

  • Should you wish to go ahead, a 50% deposit is paid and we process your order immediately. Most window treatments take approximately 4 weeks to be installed (Shutters take 8-12 weeks).

    We take final payment upon installation. Our installers are highly trained professionals and install your product with great care and precision.
